Angela Pinaglia | Director, Producer, Co-Cinematographer, Editor

Angela is a Baltimore-based filmmaker who has produced and worked on various fiction and documentary films. Life in Synchro is her first feature film. She is the co-producer/co-writer for Riding Wild, a Saul Zaentz Innovation Fund film, about a BMX-lifer who dreams big and builds an illegal bike park on a patch of forgotten woods in Baltimore City. Her animated film The Holy Re-Write screened at festivals around the country including Cinema on the Bayou. Angela has taught video production and media classes at Kutztown University and American University. Angela earned her MFA in Film and Electronic Media from American University. Before diving into film, she worked in education in her hometown of Miami.

Nicole Davies | Producer

Nicole is the founder and CEO of Get It Called, the source for synchronized skating news. Davies represented Team USA at the 2012 ISU World Synchronized Skating Championships in Sweden as a member of the Crystallettes, and at the 2007 Junior World Challenge Cup as a member of the Colonials. She has coached teams to the U.S. National Championships, and currently works with DC EDGE as their mental training coach. Outside the rink, Nicole has worked in various industries including non-profit, higher education, athletics, and politics. She currently works as an Account Executive at Deliver Strategies in Washington, D.C.

Sarah Nelson | Co-Cinematographer

Sarah is an independent filmmaker, currently living in Baltimore, MD and creating stories all over the world. Her focus is on writing, directing and editing. She has filmed, written and directed award winning narrative short films and feature length documentary films. Beginning her career as an Associate Producer with the National Geographic Channel in 2011 and then branching out on her own in 2014 with the creation of CM Cinema; a film production company specializing in short films, commercials and documentaries.

Thomas Huggins | Colorist

Thomas is an accomplished cinematographer who is based in the Baltimore, MD area. He specializes in commercial and short form film. Thomas is a 15 year professional with a background in video post-production and specializing in color finishing and audio mixing. He has a passion for creating memorable images and storytelling.

Sarah A. Daggett | Impact Producer

Sarah is a Washington, D.C.-based filmmaker that specializes in outreach, communications, and impact strategy. As an editor, she has supported several feature-length social issue documentaries including Emmy-nominated The State of Arizona, Carbon Trade-Off, Camp Victory: Afghanistan, and Big Bucks, Big Pharma. As a young woman, Sarah competed in many women's sports and the experience gave her a deep passion for the experience of teamwork and physical fitness.
